Refund Policy

Nature of Products

All our products are perishable, handmade, and made-to-order. Due to this, we do not accept returns once an order has been prepared.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation (baking/decorating) has begun
• If we are unable to fulfil your order due to any reason (availability, operational issue, etc.), a full refund will be issued minus the operational cost.
  
  

  Non-Serviceable Pincode / Delivery Area

  In cases where an order is placed for a pincode or delivery area that is later found to be non-serviceable, unavailable, or undeliverable by our delivery partners, the order will be cancelled.

  As payment gateway and platform processing charges are non-refundable to us, a partial deduction of up to 6% of the total order value may apply towards transaction, platform, and operational processing fees.

  The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Compromised in quality

Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A refund (case-dependent)

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

• Minor variations in colour, design, or finish (natural in handmade products)
• Taste or texture preferences
• Incorrect details provided by the customer (wrong address, wrong selection, etc.)
• Issues reported after the 1 hour window
