At Sprinklesnswirlss, all our products are freshly baked, handcrafted, and made-to-order. Due to the perishable nature of our desserts and savouries, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances.

Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or replacements may only be considered if the product delivered is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Incorrect from what was ordered
• Compromised in quality upon arrival

Return Request Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or replacement request:

• You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared
• The item should remain mostly untouched for verification purposes

Requests raised without proper proof may not qualify for return or replacement approval.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Taste or texture preferences
• Minor variations in appearance or decoration
• Delayed consumption after delivery
• Improper storage after delivery

As all products are handmade in small batches, slight visual variations may naturally occur.

Important Note

Customized, personalized, and festive orders may not be eligible for returns once preparation has started.
