A Few Things Worth Knowing.
A little clarity before you create something personal.
Which languages can I choose, and how is pronunciation handled?
At launch, the available languages are Hindi, English, Urdu, and Arabic. Songs are created primarily in Hindi, English, or a Hindi-English blend where the chosen package allows it. Urdu or Arabic may be incorporated into selected verses or suitable musical sections according to the package and composition. We review each song carefully, but perfect pronunciation and native-level accents cannot be guaranteed.
Can you guarantee my requested delivery date?
No. The date field is a request only. Production begins after payment, a complete brief, and all required photos are received. The team must confirm the date, and pan-India transit time can vary.
Can I change the song completely after hearing it?
The Harmony and Signature packages include one consolidated round of eligible corrections. The Melody package does not include a revision round. A full remake with new lyrics, genre, and voice is priced separately at βΉ999 after the original has been delivered.
Can every baked product be delivered pan-India?
No. Cakes and cupcakes are local-delivery items. Cookies and brownies may be shipped pan-India in accordance with store policy. Final delivery availability and rates are determined at checkout.
What is not included in the video package?
The Signature montage is made from customer-supplied photos. Professional filming, complex character animation or lip-syncing, and extensive redesigns are not included by default and require separate discussion.
How personal can the song be?
You can share personal qualities, memories, meaningful phrases, and the emotion you want to convey. We use the brief to guide original lyrics and musical direction.
How will I receive my personalised song?
Your song is delivered through a QR code included with your baked gift. Choose Send Song Link To Purchaser First if you'd prefer to receive the song link by email or WhatsApp as soon as it is ready, before your baked gift is dispatched.
What is your refund policy?
Sprivelle songs and baked gifts are personalised and made to order, so refunds are not offered for change of mind or subjective preferences. We may consider a refund only if the baked gift itself or its packaging is damaged during transit. Please contact us promptly with clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue. Any resolution is subject to company policy
